Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link to monitor your package's journey in real-time.
Are Daniel Wellington watches water-resistant?
Most of our timepieces have a water resistance of 3ATM, meaning they are resistant to light rain and splashes. However, we recommend removing your watch before showering, swimming, or diving to maintain its longevity.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all protective plastics and tags attached. Returns are processed within 10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
How do I change my watch strap?
Every Daniel Wellington watch comes with a small tool in the box. You can use this tool to easily swap your leather, NATO, or mesh straps, allowing you to customize your look for any occasion.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Daniel Wellington watches come with a two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself, including the movement, indexes, dial, and hands.
